Video covers and embedded players

YouTube covers may load automatically from Google servers when visible, or use a saved image. YouTube players load only when you choose to play an episode and use privacy-enhanced mode. Official Facebook previews may load near the viewport without autoplay. Google and Meta may process connection data, including IP addresses, browser information and cookies under their policies. A platform link remains available if a preview cannot be displayed.

Website visitors

The website does not offer accounts or video uploads. Its contact form only prepares an email in your mail application; you choose whether to send it. Received correspondence is used to respond to your enquiry. No advertising or tracking analytics scripts are added by us to this website. Hosting providers may process technical connection data for delivery and security.

Hosting and administration

Google Firebase hosts this website and stores its content. Administration is restricted to the approved account and uses Firebase Authentication with independent email and password credentials. Google processes sign-in, verification, and password recovery; passwords are not included in website files or shown to visitors. Cloud Firestore stores content, images, drafts, and previous versions. Visitors cannot edit content or read private drafts. See Firebase privacy information.

YouTube publishing applications

Internal tools, including Sawt Al Majalla Synology Uploader, use YouTube API Services. An authorized channel operator grants Google OAuth access. We do not request or store Google passwords. Depending on the granted scopes, the tool verifies the channel ID and submits the chosen video file, title and privacy setting to YouTube. Local configuration and operational records contain authorization credentials, file fingerprints, confirmed uploaded video IDs, transfer status and reports.

Use and disclosure

Data is used for authorized publishing, resuming interrupted work, avoiding repeated uploads and organizing archives. Google account data is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training. Upload data is shared with Google/YouTube to perform the requested operation. Authorized personnel have access to local operational records; credentials and archive videos are not exposed on the public website. Optional Gmail reports use a separate send-only authorization, with no mailbox read or deletion access.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are kept within the project for its authorized purpose. API data is reviewed for refresh or deletion when no longer needed or authorization ends. Contact us to request removal of application data. Removal of stored application data does not itself delete uploaded YouTube videos or archive files. Revoke access through Google account permissions and consult our data deletion instructions.
